Safety Features

All the electrical connections and motors parts should be provided with suitable, removable guarding panels or should be enclosed in boxes.
The machine should be provided with safety interlocks.
Safety interlocks / Door should be provided for the Acrylic upper guards& dozer assembly.
All the electrical wiring should be covered with guards.
All components are having proper single earthing.
Operator accessible area i.e. Electrical Panel, Console, safety interlocks, Switches and sensors etc. should be Operating on 24 V DC supply wherever possible.
Machine & machine parts should have smooth edges & corners for working safely.
Main motor & feeder motors should be protected against overload through overload relays& interlocked with machine start, immediately stopping the machine & overload message should be displayed on the screen.
Emergency stop switch should be provided on front panel single sides of the machine & on the operator interface panel for immediate stopping in case of emergency.
The machine should have provision for disconnecting main power at an accessible place.
Noise level of the machine at optimum speed should be within the limit.
Machine should require with single earthing provision.
The Jog mode / inching mode should have double switch facility in order to ensure two hand operations to prevent an incidence.
