This elegantly designed equipment is widely used for printing labels on a variety of products with different shapes and sizes. It has a fully automatic feeding system which enables feeding the labels through a stainless steel feeding wheel. The label is picked up using a rubber wheel and then fed into a timing chain, in order to move the label under the printing head.
It is highly useful in the pharmaceutical, as well as many other packaging industries for printing the batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, maximum retail price, etc; on several types of labels, cartons, pouches, cotton bags, plastic bags, tin bottoms, etc.
This equipment can provide an output of 125 to 250 units per minute. The printing ink is first fed on the aluminum roller; and with each stroke of the machine, the composed type letters are then linked by the moving rubber roller. As a result the labels, cartons, bags that are fed on the plate, receive a positive impression of the inked type letters. This automatic model of the batch coding or label printing machine, functions through a powerful electrical motor. It also includes a foot switch to put on and put off the equipment. This helps the user to keep both their hands free; and thus conveniently handle the feeding and discharging of the labels, bags, cartons, etc.
