Moreover, the conveying system can be arranged either as the belt type, or the slant type along with a pusher, depending on the size and shape of the container. This versatile machine can be utilized to label a wide range of products and containers, such as rigid and flexible bottles, boxes, blisters, books, cassettes, corrugated boxes, diaries, jar lids, etc. It can easily label at a varying speed of 100, 200, and 300 containers in a single minute, based on the feeding arrangement.
Further, the configuration of this ultra modern equipment can also be designed to match the particular needs; for example, folding the label on 2 or 3 sides, etc. Actually this model is even utilized for FFS ampoule cassettes for top, as well as bottom labeling with a special configuration. It also has an automated product alignment system, which is synchronized with the top holding belt system, for assuring maximum stability and vertical positioning of the containers. This machine also incorporates the latest label dispensing system and a simple sensing system for labels and products.
