It even has an in-built label sensor and an electronic counter in order to easily use the system for counting the labels. Further, this advanced machine also includes a powerful A. C. driven variable speed control system for controlling the speed. This equipment is constructed from top grade stainless steel to ensure smooth and virtually maintenance free operation for a longer duration. Moreover, it has a label spool with an overall diameter of 400 mm, whereas the core diameter is 75 mm.
Besides this, the height of the standard sized label roll is 90 mm, and the distance between the two consecutive labels is approximately 3 mm. This highly capable, label roll counting and winding cum rewinding machine has a label roll speed of 250 labels in one minute. Further, this versatile equipment can also be used to count various types of packaging materials, for example, pouch film counting; and even for coding with the help of the latest system for inkjet coding.
