The shrink sleeve applicator or the shrink sleeve label applicator machine is a fast speed equipment; with a capacity of up to 250 units in a minute. It is basically a shrink sleeve labeling machine, which is used for sleeve inserting and sleeve shrinking. This sturdy equipment is highly durable as it is made from superior grade stainless steel; and is almost maintenance free. It is also a compact and highly versatile machine; that is built according to the GMP norms.
This model of the shrink sleeve applicator is also referred as a tamper proof, band applicator. It even incorporates the latest shrink technology with MMI and PLC based control panel. This highly stable equipment is perfectly designed, to function constantly and smoothly at a high speed. Further, the structure of the sleeve applicator as well as the conveyor is made from tough stainless steel; whereas the structure of the tunnel is manufactured using mild steel and has a powder coating. It is a vibration free and trouble free equipment.
This sophisticated machine also includes a slant conveyor for conveying the products properly; and for accurately executing the task of inserting the sleeve, and shrinking the sleeve. It even has a feed worm system to enable positive feeding of the products. Several models of this shrink sleeve label applicator machine are available. They also offer a speed selection that ranges from 50 units per minute to 250 units per minute. The equipment is suitable for labeling caps, bottles, and a wide range of products. It can also be altered, based on shape of the product.
