This multi pack, vertical model -150, is very user friendly and long lasting. The machine includes the state-of-the-art micro processor controlled label dispensing system; and even the latest sensing system for labels as well as products. It has the capability of labeling up to 150 units in one minute, based on the product diameter and label size. Bottles made from different kinds of materials such as glass, plastic, PET, HDPE, PP, etc. can be accurately labeled using this equipment.
Further, it even incorporates a unique single point speed control system that is highly synchronized. And, the integrated and automated detection system for the label length, helps the users to avoid the necessity to manually input and store the data regarding the length of the labels in the memory of the machine ; and also retrieving the same details every time in order to change the label size and restart the equipment. As a result, this advanced system enables to save your time and reduce the overall cost; and even prevents machine down time; and thus assists in obtaining a much higher rate of production.
The other striking feature of this equipment is that you need not change the machine parts when the product and label size is changed. It also has an easily adjustable label application height, and even a very simple label placing adjustment. Besides this, the machine even includes an automated system to instantly stop the equipment and activate an alarm; when a label roll is empty, or when a label is missing in the roll. In fact, this model has all the primary elements of the standard equipment in the current market.
