It is highly suitable for jars and bottles that are made from different kinds of materials such as glass, plastic, PET, HDPE, PP, etc. This ultra modern equipment also has a label dispensing system which is controlled by a micro processor; and a simple sensing system for labels as well as products. The labeling capacity of this versatile machine is maximum 150 units in a single minute; based on the diameter of the product and the size of the label.
This robust machine has a relatively faster operating speed and can also function continuously for several hours. Further, this completely automatic equipment is overall compact in size; and also includes an inbuilt, distinct single point synchronized speed control system. Moreover, it also incorporates a roller spacing device, which results in a simple no parts changing system; and subsequently the users do not require the star wheel or feed worm in order to evenly separate the products. One more salient feature of this model SBSL–150 is the inherent and pre-programmed system for detecting the label length.
Hence you no longer have to manually feed and store the details related to the label length into the memory and also retrieve that same information every time to change the label size and restart the equipment. This automatic system thereby helps to save precious time, prevent down time of the equipment, and even enables to increase the productivity.
