This belt spacing device enables even positioning and precise spacing between the two containers. Besides this, the belt drive mechanism also helps to firmly hold the containers from the top, in order to perfectly label the containers on the front as well as back side. This elegant equipment even has an electronic product sensor for sensing the containers, and releasing the label from the self adhesive label roll. It also incorporates a batch printing device that assists in printing the batch number, and other related matter such as the manufacturing date, expiry date, and price, etc. on the label. Moreover, it even has a stationary rubber pad and a rubber pressing belt which helps to assure that the label is fixed neatly and accurately.

This machine is highly suitable for labeling corrugated, glass, plastic, PET, and tin containers. The equipment also requires comparatively very less down time for change over of parts or tools. Besides, this labeling machine also comes with a complete security package including the counter.
