Operation

The feed caps in vibrating bowl moving on chute are fed into star wheel, operating on Geneva mechanism.  move on third part of induction where one pneumatic actuator put one wad into cap and at last part on induction wad will press by one mechanical operated rod.

PRE CUT WAD/LINER INSERTING MACHINE – liner/Wad Inserting Machine stations with Single Head, Double Head 

Depending on the closure/ cap design we can select from our array of cap feeders & cap transfer belts. The basic principle of our standard wad/liner inserting machines is to utilize a rotary indexer fitted with a star wheel to receive cap & closures in single or multiple lanes depending on the production needs of the project.

These heads use vacuum to pick and place precut liners/wads from a magazine into the cap.

All our machines can be used for inserting Induction as well as EP liners. Several optional value-added features are available to enhance production quality.

Each cap is fed into an individual pocket in the star wheel in order to maintain positive location while it moves through the machine. We have designed & developed several liner/Wad Inserting Machine stations with Single Head, Double Head & Four Head.

Our industry standard cap lining machine inserts induction wads/ liners in caps from reel liners or pre-cut liners. Among the various types of cap wadding machines, we have different models of machines that are convenient for every production need, such as: Cutting Power, Production Rate, Sizes and Shapes of caps.

A vacuum picker loading machine is set beneath the section chute which picks the wad individually and places it on the top segment of the ordering star wheel over the caps. At the point when the cap and the wad move to the following station a pusher drives the wad into the cap and is immovably fixed. The gathered cap will be tallied and will get out from the conveyor. The cap lining machine will be fit for taking care of different kinds and sizes of caps and wads with the assistance of progress parts.

This cap lining machine is equipped with embedding’s and fixing the wads into the caps. The caps will be stacked into a Vibratory, Rotary container or Elevator Hopper physically. The wads are stacked into a column chute (if in rolls) or into a vibratory feeder (for loosely packed liners, ordinarily for EPE or Foam liners) which is set over the wad picking station.
