The jar sticker labeling machine is a totally automatic, vertical model, which is highly suitable for labeling jars of various dimensions. This equipment has the most modern micro processor controlled label dispensing system; as well as the most user friendly sensing system for labels and products. It also has the capability of labeling up to 100 units in a single minute, based on the product diameter and the label size. This machine can label jars that are made using various materials such as glass, plastic, PET, HDPE, PP etc. One of the distinct features of this equipment is the single point synchronized speed control system.
Moreover it has an inherent and preset label length detecting system; which helps to eliminate the necessity of manually feeding and storing the label length information into the memory and also retrieving the same details every time the label size is changed and the machine is restarted. This advanced system thereby assists to save your valuable time, prevent machine down time, and also enables to obtain a higher production rate. Further it also includes a no label data input, and retrieval system for any label size; and a no parts change system for different products and label sizes. Another exceptional element is the single point online speed variation control; with a synchronized and speedy system of label dispensing, conveyor and pressing device.
It is almost maintenance free and has an easy to change label application height; along with user friendly label placing adjustments. This equipment has an inbuilt A.C. variable frequency drive system; and is also self protected against voltage fluctuations. Besides this jar sticker labeling machine has a stainless steel finish, and is highly suitable for partial and full wrap around, and overlap labeling. It also incorporates an online inkjet and contact coding system.
