INTRODUCTION
Volumetric cup fillers offer the oldest and simplest way to fill dry, free-flow products of consistent density such as popcorn, granulated sugar, beans, nuts, seeds, coffee, and kitty litter. Various models address a variety of packaging scenarios ranging from a simple hand fill to interfacing with automatic equipment such as automatic conveyors. Multiple drop units are also available.
Volumetric cup fillers are ideal for filling dry, free flowing products like whole spices, sugar, salt amongst many other machines operate on the principle of VOLUMETRIC PORTIONING with a provision of volume adjustment machine discharges the set quantity of product into pouch/ container held under the discharge hopper capability to handle wide range of products and pack sizes easy changeover for different pack sizes all contact parts are made from SS 304/316 simple construction assists maintenance and cleanliness. Available in single and double-headed versions, standalone and with complete automation.
