Operation:

The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in-feed star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the rotating head pickup a cap from the cap star wheel which is receiving from delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of sealing, rotating head is design to seal container according to pre-set torque.

Indication cap sealing machine on-line – 2000 model Although there is a wide range of closures available, the conventional bore sealing has, to date, been the most widely used method of sealing containers .Bore seals are inexpensive to manufacture and are relatively easy to fit. However, bore seals are do not form hermetic , flexible or even reliable seals- they leak. There are three types of closures available, which are either inserted into the neck of or form a combination of two. The effectiveness of this seal can be affected by temperature, natural relaxation & mechanical properties, all of which will cause seal to leak, especially in transit.

Using the Induction Cap Sealing Technology, it’s now possible to create alternative, alright, hermetic seals on the necks of containers. The process can produce significant cost savings. The seal is strong, flexible & yet easy to remove, and provides protection against cross contamintaion and an effective tamper-evident layer.

The MULTIPACK Automatic Self Adhesive Sticker labelling machine is Generally Installed in–line; containers are transported along a slat conveyor and separated by a Roller before entering the labelling station. The Label is placed on the container immediately when it comes below the Bottle Sensor, Thus ensuring instant adhesion of the label’s edge. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease – tree application.

Safety Features:

• All the electrical connections and motors parts should be provided with suitable, removable guarding panels or should be enclosed in boxes.
• The machine should be provided with safety interlocks.
• All the electrical wiring should be covered with guards.
• All components are having proper single earthling.
• Operator accessible area i.e. Electrical Panel, Console, safety interlocks, Switches and sensors etc. should be Operating on 24 V DC supply wherever possible.
• Machine & machine parts should have smooth edges & corners for working safely.
• Main motor & feeder motors should be protected against overload through overload relays& interlocked with machine start, immediately stopping the machine & overload message should be displayed on the screen.
• Emergency stop switch should be provided on front panel single sides of the machine & on the operator interface panel for immediate stopping in case of emergency.
• The machine should have provision for disconnecting main power at an accessible place.
• Noise level of the machine at optimum speed should be within the limit.
• The Jog mode / inching mode should have double switch facility in order to ensure two hand operations to prevent an incidence.
